As an intern at Twirlista I:

•Managed social media platforms and created content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Implemented marketing strategies that grew engagement and increased brand awareness by 19%.
•Performed market research and data analytics to identify the target market, market conditions, customer behavior, industry trends, and competition.
•Sourced merchandise from vendors and curated customized clothing selections for trunk shows both in person and on Shopify based on data analytics.
•Recruited campus and house leads via LinkedIn Recruiter, expanding brand involvement to 16 new universities. Worked closely with recruits to plan events and ensure efficient and personalized customer experiences.
